Notes
Lili is still unsure whether she should leave her CV like this, and whether the neverending act of biographical fabulating comes through in what she has put down, so far.
Valerie caught herself in the moment of deleting the verb ‘is’ in the first sentence to replace it with ‘considers herself’. She stumbled over an open gap there, between a state of identification and the wish for identifying as an unclosed act to be continued.

~ Who ‘we’ are
The team behind TakeMoreCare are artist and choreographer Lili M. Rampre and dramaturg Valerie Wehrens. Lili and Valerie met in 2021 during the dramaturgical-choreographic residency programme Institut für Ausufernde Dramaturgien (IfAD). Since then, they continuously developed a feedback method that started amongst the #TakeCare residents at PACT Zollverein in the summer months of 2021. The online community TakeMoreCare is the outcome of their ongoing exchange over artistic working methods.
Lili is based between Cologne and Brussels and works as a choreographer and artistic researcher. Her work is mostly dedicated to the intersection of doing and saying - she’s interested in how artistic discourse shapes around, stems from, or hovers above artistic practice and when are the two the same, if ever separate. In the same vein - interest in various avenues of artistic discourse, Lili is currently pursuing an MA in science, mostly focused on biomechanics, to expand her own registers and comprehension about movement and the moving body.
Valerie considers herself a dramaturg based in Cologne. She joins choreographers and performance-makers as a critical dialogue partner in their processes and initiates working & exchange platforms like Institut für Ausufernde Dramaturgien and TakeMoreCare. In Addition to her collaborative work, her own projects, like WORDSCAPES and assembly of ghosts, reside in the penumbra cast by dramaturgical thinking, performative research and poetic writing.
